You are responsible for reviewing any marketing activity, sponsorship, event, communication, or business decision with your own professional advisors, carriers, compliance contacts, or legal counsel when appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All AITC OS content, including videos, lessons, templates, worksheets, frameworks, guides, text, branding, and related materials, is owned by Team Elite Agency Marketing or its licensors.
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own agency’s internal business use.
You may not copy, share, sell, publish, distribute, reproduce, license, upload, teach, repackage, or create competing products from AITC OS materials without written permission.
